We understand the unique challenges of living and working amid the COVID-19 pandemic and want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring advice from state and federal governments and abiding by all the rules.

While none of us know how things will pan out, we’re committed to keeping our team and our customers safe, comfortable and functioning.

We are continuing to provide appliance spare parts to customers across Australia. However, to minimise risk for all, we are abiding by these safe work practices.

What we are continuing to provide

We appreciate that our customers still need spare parts, and so we have decided to keep our business running and our staff in work, until such point that we are not allowed to.

We are doing all that we can to maintain our customer service levels and continue to provide you with the best possible support as we move forward.

You are welcome to visit our warehouse and pickup your parts from our counter. Our team is abiding by social distancing rules and using sanitiser to clean everything we touch, and we request that our customers do the same.

Alternatively you can order anything you need online here and we’ll ship it to you as quickly as we can. Although we aim for next day delivery, with the big increase in parcel volumes Australia Post and other carriers are not guaranteeing next day deliveries at present.
