Do you deliver Australia-wide? When can I expect my order?

Yes, we do! We offer next-day delivery to most parts of Australia, or if you’re nearby, you can swing by our Sydney warehouse to pick up your order.

For in-stock items, we’ll usually despatch them within 2 business days. Special orders take a bit longer, around 4-15 business days, depending on the supplier. Your delivery time will also depend on where you’re located and which service you choose.

Here’s a rough idea of delivery times:

  • Adelaide Metro: 1-2 business days
  • Australia-wide (Standard): 3-8 business days
  • Australia-wide (Express): 1-3 business days
  • Bulky Items (Express): 3-5 business days
  • New Zealand (Express): 5-18 business days
Can I return appliance parts? What's your return policy?

 If there's an issue with your order, just give us a call on 02 9755 1155 and we’ll sort it out with you.

If we agree that the item needs to be returned, we’ll ask that it’s in saleable condition, with the original packaging if possible, along with the invoice and a quick note about why you’re returning it.

  • If the product is faulty, incorrect, or doesn’t match the description, we’ll cover the return postage.
  • If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, you’ll need to send it back at your own cost.

How much do repairs cost?

We don’t handle repairs ourselves, so we can't provide a quote. But no worries – we can put you in touch with one of our trusted repairers near you. Just fill out your details here and we’ll connect you.

Do you have a physical store or showroom? Can I pick up products from WWSpares if I'm in Adelaide?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a store or showroom. and pickups are only available from our Sydney warehouse for now.

Do tradies get a discount for bulk orders? Can I set up a trade account?

Absolutely! We've got discounts for tradies. Just reach out to is via our contact page, and we'll take care of setting up your trade account.

We offer both genuine branded parts and reliable aftermarket options, so you can choose what works best for you.
